Amazing Results! I’ve never been consistent until I found STAC Fitness a number of years ago. Now it’s 2x per week without miss. The workouts are intense and are varied constantly. A great place to workout. STAC Fitness offers great personal training, and lots of equipment for a studio setting. There’s even an Boxing option for training. Plenty of parking and well located in The Denver Tech center. – Linda B.I find these workouts hard, but very specific. He incorporates exercises that I have never seen from any other trainers. He pushes you your limits but not beyond them. I’ve had different trainers since 1998 and by far Richard Ruiz is the best I’ve ever had. – Steve G.
