Richard A. Ruiz Master Level Trainer / Richard has had over 20 years and 10,000 plus hours of Fitness Training with clientele to reach Master Level Status. Apart from his Personal Training experience he has also managed, trained as well as mentored some of the top trainers in the country. His experience also includes managing personal training departments in some of the most well known fitness clubs back in his native NYC. As a fitness professional he is one of the most diverse in his training style.
Mr. Ruiz has also been a Fitness Consultant on many fitness photo shoots, and has also been featured in various national publications as well as multiple media outlets. His training regiment includes Strength and Conditioning, Sport Specific Training, Boxing / Kick Boxing For Fitness, Kettle Bell Specific workouts, Pilates Reformer work, Youth Sports Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training, Pre-Post Natal workouts, Tactical Self Defense. From what you can see it would not be your typical gym workout and would definitely not bring about mental boredom, nor physical plateauing.
